Whether you need a one-time spring cleaning, clean-up after renovations, or regular visits to keep your home spic and span, eLev8 Cleaning Services is a service you can depend on. We recognize that each homeowner may have different expectations of how their living spaces are to be cleaned; we perform detailed interviews with you to make sure we always do the job right the first time. All of our professional housekeeping staff are bonded and insured to guarantee the safety of your home and your family. eLev8 Cleaning Services is also dedicated to preserving the environment.
We use some of the most environmentally friendly “green” housekeeping products on the market for everything from sanitizing the bathroom to laundry detergent and floor polish. We come fully prepared for each job in uniform and leave the house looking dazzling.
We offer Four different types of Eco-House Cleaning Services:

Standard Eco-House Cleaning*:
Up to six labor-hours of housecleaning (one cleaner for six hours, two cleaners for three hours each, etc.); extra time can be purchased for an additional $30 per hour.
Includes all cleaning materials, but service provider will use member-provided products, if preferred (unless the product is too toxic).

Thorough Eco-House Cleaning*:
Includes cleaning the interior of oven and refrigerator.
Valid for homes up to 3,100 square feet; service provider will take up to 9 labor/man hours to complete all cleaning items;
Larger homes can be cleaned for an additional fee; but must provide additional sqft information prior to purchase. (Even if you are only getting under 3,100 sqft of your larger home cleaned, you must call prior to purchase or service will not be honored.).
-Kitchen cleaning included: cleaning all cabinets and appliances; moving your small appliances and other items and cleaning the counter area; cleaning the tops of all items and replacing them; scouring your sink and sweeping or thoroughly mopping your floor.
-Bathroom cleaning included: cleaning showers, tubs, toilet, and sinks; cleaning and disinfecting all fixtures and treating any mildew; cleaning your mirrors and the shower door tracks; moving most vanity items and cleaning your counter areas; cleaning the tops of vanity items and replacing them; cleaning your bathroom cabinets and floors.
-General cleaning includes: changing the linens and making the beds; cleaning wall decorations, picture frames, light switches, doors, and door trim; dusting, cleaning, and/or polishing all furniture and all decorative items; sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all floors.
-Other cleaning services included: window sills and ceiling fans.

Residential Renovation Cleaning or Post Construction Eco-House Cleaning*:
Renovating your home can be even more stressful than moving. Anyone who has ever made additions or changes to their home knows how chaotic it can sometimes be. eLev8 Cleaning Services is experienced in the process of cleaning construction and renovation sites during and after the work is completed. With a keen eye and focus on details, we will make sure your new living space is everything you wanted when you began your remodeling project.
eLev8 Cleaning Services will also thoroughly clean the rest of your home to ensure there is no leftover dust, debris, or hazardous materials like nails or screws hiding in nooks and crannies. With our trusted staff and excellent service, you’ll have one less thing to worry about so you can get back to enjoying your home and relaxing with your family as soon as possible!
Six labor-hours of post-construction eco-housecleaning; extra time can be purchased for an additional cost per hour.
Hours can be used for dusting all moldings, shelves, cabinets, closets, bathrooms, and kitchen cabinets inside and out.
It can also be used for cleaning of interior windows, removal of paint and deep cleaning of floors (not grout).

Move In/Out Eco-Cleaning*:
Moving in or out of your home can be a lot of work. Fitting cleaning into a move can be difficult as well. Let the pros come do the work while you pack or un-pack with this tidy offer!
Here's the Deal:
Eight hours of move-in/move-out eco-cleaning services includes up to 300 lbs of trash removal (no hazardous items or waste).
Standard Eco-House Cleaning: The Fine Print:
Service areas include: Volusia, Orange, Palm Beach, and Seminole Counties as well as St. Cloud and Kissimmee.
Does not include baseboards or windows.
Not valid for cash back.
Deal cannot be combined with other specials or offers.
Deal cannot be applied to current or past jobs.
Deal is for residential service only.
Appointments are to be performed during normal business hours.
Limit one deal per person/household.
Deal includes standard housecleaning;
Post construction, move out/in, and deep housecleaning are not part of this deal.

Not valid for cash back.
